Week 1 is in the books!

How did survive on weight watchers? Pretty well over all. I usually have a fast food meal at least once a week and having snack stuff hanging around the house was a test but it's all about making better choices.

Enter my oven fried onion rings. They weren't half bad. Also had a Tyson spicy chicken patty which I bakes.



I'll post the recipe soon!

My workout plan didn't go as planned last week but I'm going to get it in gear this week.

My clothes are starting to fit better so I guess I'm on my way!
