Besides incorporating exercise into the routine, I've decided to do weight watchers online for the next several months. I'm starting to find the right mix of foods to eat and manage the point system.
Day #4 I actually got a decent dinner and dessert.
Pasta and veggies, baked breaded pork chop and cucumber/tomato salad.
Sugar free chocolate jell-o pudding, weight watchers lemon cake and diet root beer. Don't worry I didnt eat it all together!
