Christmas crack




Thanks to a high school friend sharing this recipe on Facebook -- I was able to make this Christmas goody for all my peeps. I even made a sugar free version for Paul.

Christmas saltine crack
40 saltine crackers, 2 sticks butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Line a cookie sheet w/foil and spray with Pam; line crackers on cookie sheet; in a sauce pan melt butter and sugar and bring to a rolling boil for 3 mins; pour mixture over crackers evenly and bake for 5 mins at 450 degrees; take out of the oven and sprinkle chips over crackers and spread with a knife; add nuts if desired. Put in the freezer for two hours; then break apart and store in an air tight container in the fridge
